Families / friends will complete the registration form for their incarcerated loved ones. During the permitted virtual walk/run time (which is listed above) the participant will complete their 5K and will notify their families / friends of their completion date and the amount of time it took to finish.
We understand that the participants’ rec time may be regulated. For that reason, participants may stop and restart at the convenient and allowed times.
After registration families / friends will receive communications from us with suggestions on how their loved one can make this a memorable event.
Once the event day is over and all the necessary information is received, we will send the person who registered their loved one’s completion certificate and digital race bib.
